...With this in mind, we have invested in state of the art heat transfer programs with the ability to theoretically model several different design options to determine the best most efficient, cost effective design. Once the heat exchanger has been designed we develop a three dimensional model of the radiator, mounting kits, hoses and guards to insure proper form and fit.
Theoretical Design
Our Engineering department spends time to fully understanding the customer's products and requirements, then accounts for all of the external factors which could affect the heat transfer and only then provides options to the customer. Once an option is chosen, pricing is presented to the customer.

Virtual Design
SRF America has invested in multiple seats of Pro/Engineer for our model development and Pro/Intralink to manage our over 180,000 part and assembly files. Pro/Engineer has reduced our prototype time and increased our accuracy, while allowing our customers to take advantage of our three-dimensional models, in turn reducing the engineering time of their own products.
All of SRF America's model and drawing revisions, versions, and release levels are controlled electronically by a data management system called Pro/Intralink. This ensures our customers are receiving the most current and correct product.
